Today I am grateful for all the people who showed up to help me support PWC and repair 3 houses, the cookies Marc’s wife Julie gave me and being tired from doing good things.
Today was PWC’s annual “Repair Affair”. If you aren’t familiar with People Working Cooperatively they are a charity that does repairs and maintenance on the homes of low income seniors.
I put out a call to the best damn MeetUp group in Cincinnati and more than a dozen wonderful human beings answered. We painted one houses foundation and installed handrails. Another house we painted the porch and fixed a storm door. The last house we did yard work and cleaned up flower beds. My crews did such a good job that PWC asked if we could provide a crew for them on a monthly basis. So a shout out to…
